About Anna Furman
I've been a competitive athlete, a model, an artist, and an actor. Over the past 20 years, I have participated in dozens of productions in the United States and worldwide, this experience helped me develop a deep appreciation for the importance of keeping our bodies balanced, efficient, and ultimately healthy. Over the past 12 years, I have been a member of the Arlekin Players Theater Company, devising, designing, and acting. I have extensive experience working with all types of clients from fellow actors and dancers to technology professionals who spend all day hunched in front of their computers. I thrive on seeing my work help others reach their fullest potential.
I am a certified teacher of the Alexander Technique by the American Society for the Alexander Technique (AmSAT). I graduated from ATTC in Newton, MA.
